For Pepsi, we built a Plant Tracking system that was used company wide. It was brainstormed by the plant manager of the Mesquite, Texas Pepsi Plant. This Access Database compared the expected line outputs vs the actual line outputs and produced 30 different reports. We now offer an overall equipment effectiveness database.
